Effective: June 2, 2025
This policy explains what information The Name Wall collects, how it is used, and your rights.
We do not collect: full IP addresses, email addresses, names linked to identities, browser fingerprints, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. We do not run third-party advertising.
We do not use tracking cookies. If you make a payment, Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages to prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe's privacy policy, not ours.
If you are in the European Union or California, you have rights over your personal data. However, since we store only a non-reversible IP hash and your public name/message, we cannot identify which database record belongs to you without your submission ID.
If you have your submission ID (visible in the page URL after submitting), you can email us to request deletion of that specific record before it auto-expires.
For any privacy requests: hello@namewall.com
The Service is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit personal information if you are under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We use HTTPS for all connections and security headers on all responses. IP addresses are hashed immediately on receipt and the original is never written to storage. Paid name records do not contain payment information.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
